结构特点  Structural characteristics
　　该系列电机采用箱式钢板结构，拆下冷却器或防护罩即可观察和触及电机内部，便于电机的安装维护；转子采用笼型铸铝转子，一次成型，也可根据客户需求生产铜条转子，提高了运行可靠性；定子采用F级绝缘真空压力浸渍无溶剂工艺处理(VPI)，使电机具有可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力；定子和轴承均装有PT100测温元件，电机轴承均有不停机注油和排油装置，提高了电机自身的保护能力和运行效率。当电机功率超过2000kW时，可根据用户需求，多配一副出线盒，用于引出三相绕组的中性点。
　　This series motors with box type steel structure, can be observed its interior after removing the cooler or protective cover, and esay to be installed and maintained; The cage structure rotor made by once forming process or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process, improve the reliability of the motor; Insulation class F stator made by VPI process, ensure the reliability of insulation, moisture-proof and shock resistance; Temperature senor for stator and bearing, non-stop oil filling pipe and oil exit pipe, improve the protection ability and operation efficiency of the motors.When the power is more than 2000kW, according to the requirement of customer, another terminal box can be installed to pick up the neutral point of winding.
